Participant Recruitment

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential study participants through approved channels (e.g. flyers, social media, community referrals)

• Screen candidates against eligibility criteria and maintain accurate recruitment records

• Follow up with prospective participants and answer basic queries about the study

• Track recruitment progress and flag gaps to the research team

Study Coordination & Scheduling

• Schedule and confirm participant appointments for study sessions, assessments, or interviews

• Send reminders and manage reschedules or cancellations in a timely manner

• Coordinate logistics for study activities including room bookings and equipment preparation

Administrative & Data Support

• Assist with data entry, filing, and maintenance of study records in accordance with research protocols

• Prepare and organise participant consent forms, questionnaires, and study materials

• Support the team with general correspondence, document formatting, and printing

• Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as directed by the Principal Investigator or research team

Compliance & Confidentiality

• Handle participant information with strict confidentiality in line with data protection guidelines

• Ensure all administrative processes adhere to institutional research ethics requirements

Requirement

• Minimum GCE N/O Level, Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent

• Able to commit min 4 days per week
