Role Summary:

We live in a world where anyone can generate content in seconds. That makes attention, relevance and good judgment more valuable than ever.

As part of the Digital Experience team at Advanced MedTech, you will learn what it takes to create marketing that actually cuts through the noise. Our work spans B2B MedTech marketing for Dornier MedTech and B2C patient-facing platforms, including the world’s largest digital kidney stone patient community. You will see firsthand how strategy, messaging and creative choices need to change depending on who you are trying to reach and what you want them to do.

You will contribute to real projects across content, campaigns, social media, websites and digital platforms, working alongside global marketing, product and design teams. Depending on the project, you may help uncover audience insights, shape campaign ideas, write and refine content, support launches, review performance or explore new ways to engage our audiences.

Because the Digital Experience team also leads AI initiatives, you will gain practical exposure to how AI is reshaping marketing itself. You will learn how to use AI to research faster, generate possibilities and accelerate execution, while developing the capabilities that increasingly separate average work from strong work: critical thinking, audience understanding, creativity, judgment and editorial instinct.

This role would be a great fit if you are curious about people, ideas and why certain messages connect. We are looking for someone who enjoys thinking, writing, experimenting and finding better ways to communicate, and who wants to understand how marketing is evolving in an AI-enabled, highly saturated digital world.

By the end of the internship, you should have a much sharper understanding of how effective marketing is researched, developed, executed and improved, together with practical experience across strategy, content, audience insight, technology and AI.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help shape B2B and B2C digital campaigns from early idea through to launch, across Advanced MedTech, Dornier MedTech and our patient-facing platforms.
  • Turn complex medical, technical and product information into content that is clear, relevant and engaging for very different audiences.
  • Contribute ideas and copy across social media, websites, campaigns and digital experiences, and see how those ideas evolve through feedback, design and execution.
  • Engage with our Urologist and kidney stone patient communities online, listening to real conversations, questions and concerns to understand what matters to them. Use those insights, together with search trends and content performance, to identify emerging topics, unmet information needs and new opportunities for useful, relevant patient content.
  • Use AI as part of the creative and research process, while learning how to question, refine and improve AI-generated work rather than simply accept the first output.
  • Review campaign and content performance to understand what captured attention, what drove action and what should change next time.
  • Work with global marketing, product and design teams to see how strategy, creativity and commercial priorities come together in real campaigns.

Job Requirements:

This is a 3-6 months internship role.

We are looking for someone with strong potential, curiosity and initiative. You do not need to have done all of this before, but you should be eager to learn and willing to take ownership of your work.

  • Strong written and spoken English, with a good instinct for clear, engaging communication.
  • Genuine interest in marketing, content, digital media, consumer behavior, AI or healthcare.
  • Curious about why people respond to certain ideas, messages and creative approaches.
  • Able to work with complex information and turn it into something clear, relevant and audience-friendly.
  • A proactive self-starter who takes initiative, follows through and is comfortable moving work forward independently.
  • Open to feedback and willing to test, refine and improve ideas rather than settling for the first draft.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment and the ability to work well with different teams and stakeholders.

Preferred, but not required: Examples of writing, social content, campaign work, school projects, personal projects or other creative work that show how you think and communicate.
