Requirements
- Open to students or fresh graduates from *any field of study*.
- Good communication skills in *Bahasa Malaysia and English*.
- Proactive, self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Basic computer skills, including Canva, Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Passionate about people, communication and recruitment is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through online platforms, social media, job boards and networking.
- Post and manage job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates through WhatsApp, calls and messages for pre-screening.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in maintaining recruitment records and tracking daily KPIs
- Assist with recruitment-related social media content and engagement.
