Key Responsibilities

Data Entry / Content Entry

• Assist in uploading and updating website content using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify)
• Input and organize data such as product details, images, blog posts, and web pages
• Ensure content is properly formatted and aligned with design and brand guidelines
• Organize and manage digital assets including images, documents, and product information

Quality Assurance (QA) Support

• Perform basic quality checks on websites (spelling, broken links, missing images, layout issues)
• Assist in website testing across different devices and browsers
• Report bugs, inconsistencies, or UI/UX issues to the development team
• Verify content accuracy after updates or deployments
• Ensure pages follow SEO best practices (titles, meta descriptions, alt text)

Team Support

• Support developers and designers in content population and testing
• Assist with simple website updates and routine maintenance tasks
• Follow content checklists, QA guidelines, and project timelines

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in any field

(IT, Multimedia, Business, Marketing, or related fields are a plus)

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Interest in websites, digital content, or web development
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
