Project 1: Corporate Foundation

Focus: Understanding the Group, and brands discipline.

Key Learning Areas

• Overview of the Group: history, mission, manufacturing facilities, and product portfolio (factories visit included).
• Brand positioning, tone of voice, and corporate values.
• Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok – based on relevance).

Core Duties

• Corporate presentation by consolidating and updating latest information and achievements.

Deliverables

• An insightful corporate presentation deck for external.

Project 2: Social Media & Brand Fundamentals

Focus: Foundation, Discipline, Brand Understanding.

Key Learning Areas

• Brand positioning & tone of voice.
• Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok – based on relevance).
• Content planning & basic analytics.
• Visual consistency & caption writing.

Core Duties

• Assist in managing daily social media posting.
• Draft captions aligned with brand guidelines.
• Prepare weekly content calendars.
• Basic photo/video editing (Canva / Adobe / CapCut – depending on skill level).
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement.

Deliverables

• 1 complete weekly content calendar.
• Minimum 8–12 approved posts.
• 1 simple monthly performance report (reach, engagement, learnings).

Project 3: Website & Content Development

Focus: Structured Thinking, Storytelling, Accuracy.

Key Learning Areas

• Website structure & user journey.
• SEO basics (keywords, headings, meta descriptions)
• Product storytelling & brand messaging.
• Content accuracy & compliance (especially F&B).

Core Duties

• Assist in updating website content (products, news, blogs).
• Write short-form content (product descriptions, brand stories).
• Proofread existing website pages.
• Coordinate with design or web team for updates.

Deliverables

• 2–3 website pages updated or newly drafted.
• 1 article (500–800 words) or product feature write-up.
• Content checklist for accuracy & consistency.

Project 4: Events & Exhibitions Support

Focus: Execution, Coordination, Teamwork.

Key Learning Areas

• Event planning workflow.
• Pre-event, on-site, and post-event marketing.
• Stakeholder coordination including with exhibition organiser, booth contractor and chef (internal & external).
• Real-time content creation.

Core Duties

• Assist in event/exhibition preparation.
• Prepare simple marketing materials (posters, captions, EDM drafts) including products sampling.
• Support on-site operations (registration, photography, content capture).
• Post-event content compilation.

• Event checklist & timeline.
• Event content pack (photos, captions, highlights).

Project 5: E-Commerce

Focus: Data Entry, Performance Monitoring, Reporting.
