Part-Time Front Desk & Customer Service Assistant

Join the Sports Schooling team!
We're looking for friendly, responsible and enthusiastic individuals to join our front desk team at our swim facilities. If you enjoy interacting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist parents, swimmers and visitors
• Handle class registrations and enquiries
• Manage attendance and bookings
• Process payments and basic administrative tasks
• Maintain the reception area and ensure a positive customer experience
• Support day-to-day operations as required

Requirements

• Friendly, approachable and customer-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using computers and mobile apps
• Responsible, organised and able to multitask
• Able to commit long-term
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential

Working Hours

• Weekdays: 8am - 12pm, 12 - 3/4pm, 3 - 7/9pm
• Weekends: 8am - 6pm

(Minimum commitment of 2 shifts per week. Weekend availability is preferred.)

Salary

• From $10/hour (based on experience)
