Job Requirements
Preferably able to communicate in both English and Mandarin.
Pleasant and friendly personality with good interpersonal skills.
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Working Hours
Friday to Sunday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (including 1-hour break).
Work Locations
Rotation between:
OG Albert
OG People's Park
BHG Bugis Junction
Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and demonstrate health supplement products to walk-in customers at retail outlets, pharmacies, and roadshows.
Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and proper usage.
Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs and preferences.
Provide basic health-related product information professionally.
Attend to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the Sales and Marketing teams.
Ensure product displays are neat, well-stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the promotion area.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Track sales performance and product movement accurately.
Participate in promotional events, campaigns, product launches, and roadshows as assigned.
