We are currently expanding our faculty and are looking for a dedicated and passionate Violin Teacher to join our vibrant team and help guide the next generation of musicians.

The Role:
We are seeking an encouraging and skilled Violin Teacher who thrives on student development and musical excellence. In this role, you will do more than just teach technique; you will inspire confidence, foster creativity, and guide students of various ages and skill levels through their musical journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality violin lessons to students ranging from beginners to advanced levels (individual and/or group classes).
• Develop and implement effective lesson plans aligned with the school's standards and syllabus.
• Monitor, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback on student progress to both students and parents.
• Prepare students for recitals, grading examinations, and music festivals.
• Collaborate with the school management and faculty team to support student enrollment, retention, and school events.
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and organized studio environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 8 (ABRSM / Trinity) or a Diploma/Degree in Music (Majoring in Violin is an advantage).
• Prior teaching experience is highly preferred, though passionate fresh graduates with strong musical proficiency are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with young children, teenagers, and parents.
• A strategic mindset toward student growth and a commitment to continuous professional development.
