What You'll Be Doing
Workforce Planning
Support manpower planning and headcount tracking across business units.
Monitor vacancies, hiring needs, and workforce movements.
Assist in maintaining establishment structures and approved manpower levels.
People Analytics
Analyse workforce data and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Support workforce forecasting and budgeting exercises.
Business & Organisation Insights
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
Participate in organisational development and workforce optimisation projects.
Gain exposure to how HR supports business growth and transformation.
Project Work
Support HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Contribute fresh ideas to enhance workforce planning and HR operations.
Assist with other HR and people-related projects as assigned.
Bonus Points If You Have
Knowledge of workforce planning or manpower planning concepts
Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or data visualisation tools
Interest in HR Analytics, Organisational Development, or HR Business Partnering
