About Us

We are an event company specialising in corporate events, music events and creative events. From event concepts and planning to production and on-ground execution, we work on a variety of events and experiences.

We are looking for a creative, proactive and hands-on Event Executive Intern who enjoys coming up with ideas and wants to gain real-world experience in the event industry.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in planning and executing corporate, music and creative events
• Brainstorm creative ideas for event concepts, activities and experiences
• Support event preparation, coordination and on-ground execution
• Assist with event proposals, presentations and event-related materials
• Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams
• Assist with event setup, registration and on-site operations
• Support social media content and event promotions
• Contribute ideas to improve event concepts and audience experience

What We’re Looking For

• Pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or related fields
• Creative, proactive and willing to share ideas
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Prior event experience is preferred – school events, internships, part-time event work or freelance projects are welcome
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe or other creative tools is a plus
• Able to commit to a minimum 6-month internship
• Willing to support on-site events, including occasional evenings or weekends when required

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per month
