About the Team
At GreenPrice, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. High-quality but short-dated food products often go straight from the shelves to the landfills. We are on a mission to further the lifecycle of these products by redirecting them to homes at half-price or less. Our social enterprise operates 24 stores, collaborates with thousands of inspired international brands and places technology at the heart of our activities. In the past year, we have witnessed remarkable growth in our online business, while successfully expanding our sourcing network to France and the UK. These achievements have not gone unnoticed, as our dedicated team was honoured with the B Corp certification and Forbes 30 Under ************* award. We’re quickly growing the team, come & meet us!
Responsibilities
Assist in daily administrative tasks, including document preparation and data entry
Draft and post job openings on job boards and career pages, schedule interviews with hiring managers, and assist with candidate communications.
Coordinate office events and activities
Manage employee records, including personal data, leave records.
Requirements
Available to work 2 to 3 full days per week (Monday-Friday)
Excellent command in both written and spoken English
Highly developed interpersonal and relationship building skills with your styles
Go-getter, with a "can-do attitude" and true excitement for the business
Strong team playing, clear communication, stress and time management skills are very important to be successful in our business
