Behind it all is a team that likes to question how things are done, move quickly, and try new ideas. If you enjoy solving real problems and seeing your work used at scale, you will feel right at home here.

Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams (Operations, HR, Finance) to collect sustainability data and ensure timely responses to information requests related to ESG disclosures.

Benchmarking & Research: Research ESG trends, peer company disclosures, regulatory developments and relevant sustainability frameworks to support the team in identifying gaps and improvement areas.

Initiative Tracking: Maintain a tracker of ongoing and planned sustainability initiatives, including milestones, responsible owners and progress status. Provide regular updates to the sustainability lead.
