Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
• Assist in planning, shooting, and editing short-form videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Design marketing visuals, posters, and social media graphics using design tools.
• Research social media trends and generate creative content ideas.
• Maintain and update the company's social media platforms.

Digital Marketing & Advertising

• Assist in executing and monitoring Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns.
• Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
• Assist in planning and implementing online marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.

Community Engagement

• Monitor audience engagement across digital platforms.
• Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries when required.
• Support customer engagement and online brand presence.

Research & Analytics

• Track content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
• Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and campaign summaries.

Corporate Branding & Special Projects

• Support the development of marketing materials for branding and promotional purposes.
• Assist in creating newsletters, awareness campaigns, and educational content.
• Participate in marketing events, campaigns, and special projects assigned by the department.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM600.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Clerk: 1 year (Preferred)
