Overview
We are seeking a motivated Logistics & Industrial Intern to support our Leasing Advisory team in Penang. This role offers hands-on experience in the logistics and industrial real estate sector, working with experienced professionals on market research, property analysis, and client advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research on logistics and industrial real estate trends, including warehouse facilities, manufacturing sites, rental rates, and capital values in Penang and the broader region
Maintain and update the database of tracked L&I buildings with accurate specifications
Assist in building and validating logistics and industrial property investment options for Capital Markets transactions, including gathering property data and supporting due diligence processes
Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and marketing materials for leasing opportunities, ensuring professional formatting and accuracy
Provide research and administrative support to the team, including organizing documentation and coordinating internal information gathering
Qualifications & Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
Strong analytical and research skills with excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with ability to prepare professional client-facing materials
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines independently
Interest in logistics, industrial real estate, supply chain dynamics, and investment analysis
