Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Design simple marketing materials using Canva or similar tools
• Create short-form video content for social media
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries when required
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Assist in promoting the company's HR, payroll, and outsourcing services
• Support website and online marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Multimedia, or a related field
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Familiar with social media platforms and current digital trends
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: RM400.00 - RM800.00 per month
