Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining, updating, and organizing ISO and QHSE-related documentation and records.
• Assist in preparing, compiling, and maintaining monthly HSE Performance Reports.
• Assist in updating and managing HSE reports and records through the Savvy system.
• Assist in documenting and maintaining records related to incident investigations.
• Assist in preparing, compiling, and organizing documentation required for internal and external audits.
• Provide administrative and documentation support to the HSE Department in daily operations.
• Assist with data entry, filing, document control, and other QHSE-related administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, QHSE, or a related field.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Professional attitude, pleasant personality, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
