A new setup company, based in Singapore, dealing with the distribution of semiconductor production equipment and chemicals and covering Southeast Asia region.

Our various established and reputable principals are from Japan, S Korea, Taiwan, USA, Germany etc,

JOB SUMMARY:

Performing of daily administrative and accounting work with QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft. Duties include invoicing, payment from debtors and to creditors, monthly bank reconciliations, reports, staff reimbursement, financial & shipment queries and other administrative assignments etc.

Responsibilities

·       Simple AP and AR

·       Bank reconciliations,journals

·       Process invoices, documents,payroll, CPF etc

·       Timely closing o fmonth-end accounts

·       Administrative / HR duties etc

Requirements:

·       Familiar with QuickBooks

·       Able to commence work immediately or within short notice period

·       Independent and able to work in a team

·       Minimum 2 years’ experience

·       Singaporean / PR or Others

·       English and Mandarin
