GUAVA International is looking for a proactive Intern, Regional Operation to join our team and support regional operations across multiple markets.

Whether you already have experience in operations or are looking to build your career in this field, this is an opportunity to work closely with customers, demand planning, regional teams and internal functions to anticipate requirements, solve problems and ensure things get done.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve operations and processes
• Anticipate customer requirements and plan ahead
• Assess the operational impact of customer needs and coordinate with the right teams
• Work with Demand Planning to support demand and operational planning
• Use ERP data to support planning and operational decisions
• Coordinate with regional and internal teams to keep requirements on track
• Prioritise, follow up and ensure commitments are delivered
• Identify issues early and take action to resolve them
• Support new product launches, projects and process improvements
• Take ownership of operational issues from identification through resolution

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in operations, customer service, supply chain, order management or a related role (including past internships or students projects)
• Diploma or degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field
• Experience with ERP systems, AI and Excel is an advantage
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English
