We're looking for a Brand Marketing Executive to help bring the Amazin' Graze brand to life across every touchpoint — from online and offline marketing campaigns, social media, PR, and brand partnerships. You'll work closely with the Regional Sales Director to plan and execute brand and trade marketing campaigns, manage our content and social presence, and ensure the brand shows up consistently, distinctively and joyfully everywhere our customers meet us. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is independent and loves doing brand building.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute brand and trade marketing campaigns within budget and across digital, social, retail and offline channels, from concept through to post-campaign review.

• Own day-to-day content and community management across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social platforms, keeping the brand voice consistent and engaging.

• Manage influencer, PR and brand partnership initiatives, from outreach and briefing through to performance tracking.

• Coordinate product launches and seasonal campaigns, aligning marketing, e-commerce and retail teams around key moments.

• Monitor campaign performance and social metrics, translating data into clear takeaways and recommendations for future activity.

• Manage marketing calendars, budgets and vendor relationships to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on brand.

• Keep a pulse on the healthy snacking and F&B category in Singapore and Southeast Asia, feeding trends and competitor insights back into brand strategy.
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, social media or content roles, ideally in FMCG, F&B, D2C or a consumer lifestyle brand.

• A strong eye for brand and content — you know what good creative looks like and can brief it clearly, even if you're not the one designing it.

• Hands-on experience running social media channels and campaigns, with a genuine interest in what makes content perform.

• Excellent written communication skills and a natural feel for tone of voice.

• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, resource-lean environment.

• Data-curious: comfortable pulling basic metrics and reporting on campaign performance.

• Genuine interest in health, wellness or food is a strong plus.

• Based in Singapore, or eligible to work in Singapore.
