Job Description

Meraque Group Sdn Bhd is looking for a Maintenance Administration Intern to support our technical and maintenance team. This internship is suitable for students who are interested in gaining practical experience in technical administration, reporting, documentation, and maintenance coordination within the drone and agricultural technology industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
• Update and maintain drone, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Monitor repair, inspection, and maintenance activities.
• Assist with spare parts and inventory records.
• Perform data entry and data compilation using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Organise technical documents, reports, and maintenance records.
• Assist in updating maintenance dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate with technicians and operations teams to collect maintenance information.
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technical Administration, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
