We are looking for a curious and motivated Strategy & Growth Intern to join our team and gain hands-on exposure to how businesses identify opportunities, understand customers and turn ideas into action.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Support Voice of Customer and customer pain-point analysis through research, data and stakeholder inputs.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor research to identify trends and potential growth opportunities.
• Support the evaluation of growth initiatives through basic commercial analysis and business-case development.
• Track key projects, milestones and action items and support teams in keeping initiatives moving forward.
• Turn data and research into clear insights and concise presentation materials for strategy and growth initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Curious, analytical and interested in understanding how businesses and markets work.
• Comfortable working with data and turning information into meaningful insights.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to collaborate effectively with different people and teams.
• Responsible when handling confidential or sensitive information.
• Most importantly, willing to learn, ask questions and take initiative.
