Operations Management Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Operations Management Intern to join one of our portfolio companies.
This is a hands-on role designed for someone who wants exposure to how a growing business is actually operated, improved and scaled. You will work closely with the management team on operational improvement initiatives, performance tracking, process optimisation and special projects.
Unlike a traditional internship focused primarily on administrative work, you will be expected to analyse problems, work directly with operational teams and help implement solutions.
The role is particularly suitable for someone interested in operations, entrepreneurship, private equity, business management or eventually running a company.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
Candidates studying Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
However, academic background is less important than initiative, analytical ability and willingness to learn.
