Event Management Intern
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and organized Event Management Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various events (physical or virtual) while gaining hands-on industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Coordination: Support the team with event logistics from early planning stages through execution day.
- Vendor & Guest Liaison: Assist with communicating with suppliers, venues, speakers, and guests.
- Promotional Support: Collaborate with the marketing team on event promotion, attendee registration, and feedback collection.
- On-Site Execution: Assist with setup, registration desks, schedule flow, and real-time troubleshooting during live events.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with great attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm and solve problems under pressure.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for event days.
