Job Summary
You will promote and explain telco products and services to customers, identify their needs, recommend solutions, and achieve sales targets while managing your own flexible part-time schedule.
Responsibilities
Promote and explain telco plans, mobile services, broadband, devices, and related products to potential customers to increase sales
Identify customer needs through active listening and recommend suitable telco solutions to meet those needs
Follow up on sales leads and build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Achieve agreed sales targets by conducting effective outreach and delivering excellent customer service
Stay updated on product information, promotions, and sales processes to provide accurate information to customers
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Self-driven and motivated to manage a flexible work schedule effectively
Strong communication skills to engage customers and explain product benefits clearly
Other Information
Flexible, self-managed working schedule
