POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking at a pool of dedicated and responsible individuals to fill the position of Internship who will be focusing on key area include Finance & Accounts. This internship provides hands-on experience and exposure to real-world projects within the. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To match invoices, debit note, credit note, purchase order, delivery order, good received note and other supporting documents.
• To ensure all the data are updated in SQL system.
• To raise payment vouchers along with supporting documents to release cheques.
• To ensure bills and vouchers recorded and filled in a proper manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Currently pursuing Diploma or a Degree in relevant field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
