Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers/vendors.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely order processing.
• Support in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers.
• Review material requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and its specifications.
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
• To assist shipment documents, duties & tax invoices, match supplier invoices & DO, etc and submit for payment processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation and filing.
• To assist on department administrative function.
• To assist superior / HOD to complete ad-hoc assignment on time.

Requirements:

• Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam
• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management / Business Admin/Supply Chain/Logistics
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
