As a Part-time Logistics & Operations Assistant, you will support our Materials Management team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. From responding to sales enquiries and checking stock availability to coordinating operational updates, you will play an important role in helping our teams deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals seeking practical experience in supply chain and business operations within a global organization.

What You'll do

• Respond to sales enquiries and provide timely updates on product availability, delivery status, and related logistics information.
• Check stock availability in relevant systems (e.g. SAP) and communicate inventory status to internal stakeholders.
• Support the MM (Materials Management) team with daily operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on stock-related enquiries and resolve routine issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is updated in a timely manner.
• Assist in preparing reports, data updates, and operational documentation as required.
• Support order tracking, availability communications, and other logistics-related activities.
• Provide general administrative support to the Logistics and MM team and assist with ad hoc assignments.

What You’ll Bring

• Diploma holder or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or administrative support is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks accurately.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Cantonese speaking, basic level in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook, experience in SAP would be advantageous
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
