Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and disciplined Industrial Engineering (IE) Intern to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside IE Engineers, learning the core aspects of continuous quality, product development, and process optimization. This internship is designed to give you practical exposure to daily engineering operations, technical modeling, and real-world process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Improvement & Engineering: Assist IE Engineers in analyzing, evaluating, and optimizing daily manufacturing/operational workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Continuous Quality (CQ) Support: Participate in quality assurance activities and assist in monitoring, maintaining, and improving operational quality standards.
• Product Development Collaboration: Support the product development pipeline by assisting with technical evaluations, documentation, and workflow integration.
• Technical Drafting & Design: Utilize 2D CAD and technical drawing/modeling software (e.g., 2D/3D modeling tools) to support engineering layouts and product design documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical proficiency or familiarity with 2D drafting and technical drawing software (e.g., 2D CAD / Technical Drawing tools).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across technical teams.
