Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients using company-provided leads and databases to initiate business conversations
• Introduce company services clearly and professionally to prospective clients
• Qualify leads by assessing client needs and interest to ensure appointment relevance
• Arrange appointments for consultants to facilitate business opportunities
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with prospects to support ongoing engagement
• Record outreach activities and follow-ups accurately to track progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with the team to meet outreach and appointment-setting targets
