Responsibilities
Basic Salary: $ 12.77/hr
Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (subject to extension based on operational requirements)

We are seeking responsible and energetic individuals to join our team as a Part Time Delivery Assistant and support our delivery operations. In this role, you will accompany delivery crews, assist with customer verification processes, and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Accompany assigned delivery teams on daily delivery routes
Operate company-issued tablet and scanner devices
Verify customer information during deliveries
Process Climate Voucher redemptions and collect required documentation
Ensure accurate submission of redemption records and supporting documents
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Maintain proper handling of company equipment and documents
Support other delivery-related administrative duties when required
Requirements
Able to work Monday to Saturday
Comfortable travelling with delivery teams throughout the day
Basic knowledge of using tablets and mobile devices
Good communication and customer service skills
Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to work extended hours when operationally required
Additional Information
Staff may be released earlier if the day's delivery schedule is completed ahead of time, subject to operational requirements.
Delivery, installation, and product handling will be performed by the delivery crew.
This role focuses primarily on customer verification and Climate Voucher redemption processing.
