Part-Time Clinic Assistant

MyDoctor Group is looking for experienced Part-Time Clinic Assistants to join our team.

Responsibilities

Perform basic clinical duties at the front counter
Submit medical claims (TPAs, CHAS, MediSave)
Dispense medications accurately
Handle transactions and ensure proper documentation
Assist doctors during consultations (e.g. ECG, wound dressing, nebulisation, translation support, etc.)
Carry out other duties as assigned by the Clinic Manager or doctors

Requirements

Interest in healthcare and patient care
Computer-literate with basic IT skills
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to commence work at short notice
Willing to travel between multiple locations (Admiralty, Balestier, Canberra, Choa Chu Kang, Lakeside)
