Responsibilities
- Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building management, property management, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of building facilities, maintenance, and basic M&E systems.
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with contractors, service providers, and internal teams.
- Able to work independently and respond to maintenance and breakdown issues when required.
