Location: TTDI, Kuala Lumpur

Function: Talent Acquisition & People Operations

We’re looking for creative and enthusiastic interns to support our talent acquisition, employer branding, early career program planning, and internal communications.

What You’ll Do

• Support employer branding initiatives by creating engaging content and creative collaterals for external platforms
• Design visual materials for internal engagement events, communications, and various HR initiatives
• Assist with photography and videography during internal and external engagement sessions
• Brainstorm creative ideas and support the planning and execution of fun engagement activities for our early career programs
• Provide coordination and logistical support for internal and external engagement sessions
• Manage interview scheduling and supporting first-line screenings
• Support various talent acquisition and people operations initiatives as needed
• Provide general administrative and coordination support for people operations

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome students or recent graduates from diverse academic backgrounds who are:

• Available to join us from immediately
• Strong design skills, especially in Canva; experience with Adobe is a bonus
• Prior experience supporting projects, events, or student-led activities in university is an advantage.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn, with strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Able to commit for at least 3 months
