About the Opportunity

We are seeking passionate and experienced Associate Trainers to deliver impactful learning experiences through training, workshops, facilitation, and coaching engagements for corporate and individual clients.

The ideal candidate should possess strong facilitation skills, practical industry experience, and the ability to engage adult learners effectively. Trainers will be engaged on a project basis to conduct programmes in areas such as Customer Service Excellence, Leadership Development, Communication Skills, Team Effectiveness, Workplace Productivity, and Professional Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, interactive, and outcomes-based training programmes.
• Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and learning interventions.
• Customize course content and training materials based on client requirements.
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions.
• Assess participant learning and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare training reports, attendance records, and evaluation summaries.
• Support curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure training delivery meets quality and adult learning standards.

RequirementsMandatory Qualifications

• ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) or ACLP (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance) is required.
• Diploma, Degree, or Professional Qualification in a relevant discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• DACE (Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education) or DACLP (Diploma in Adult Continuing Learning and Performance).
• Professional certifications in coaching, leadership, customer service, human capital development, or related disciplines.
• ICF Coaching Certification or equivalent coaching qualifications will be advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in conducting corporate training, facilitation, coaching, or learning and development programmes.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering Customer Service and/or Leadership programmes.
• Experience conducting workshops for professionals, supervisors, managers, and executives.
• Prior industry experience in customer service, management, operations, HR, learning and development, or related fields will be an advantage.

• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Strong learner engagement and classroom management capabilities.
• Ability to adapt delivery methods to diverse audiences and learning styles.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Comfortable facilitating both physical and virtual training programmes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online learning platforms.
