Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily planning, purchasing, and project coordination activities.
• Assist in preparing production schedules and monitoring material availability.
• Support purchasing activities including sourcing, quotation comparison, and PO follow-up.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in tracking project progress and updating project status reports.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and update system data accurately.
• Support meetings, documentation, and administrative tasks.
• Perform other assignments as instructed by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Candidate currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Internship duration: minimum 3 months preferred.

Pay: RM1,699.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
