• Support activities including measurement, preparation of bills of quantities (BOQ), tender documentation, and tender evaluation processes.
• Conduct on-site measurements, progress evaluations, and verify contractor claims, utilizing surveying and measurement techniques in practice.
• Gather and present data for internal and client meetings, collaborating with project stakeholders like architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure cost-related matters are well-coordinated.

Furthermore, interns will also contribute to cost estimation development, which entails analyzing measurements and specifications, conducting cost analysis, and budgeting. Gain familiarity with market rates for materials and labor and their impact on project costs.

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor Intern to become part of our energetic team at TQS KONSULT PLT. The intern will support the Quantity Surveying team in providing both pre- and post-contract services, ensuring that projects are executed effectively regarding cost, quality, and time management.
