Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Quantity Surveying team in daily cost and contract-related activities.
• Support quantity take-offs and measurement of construction work.
• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ) and cost estimates.
• Assist in checking variations and progress claims.
• Maintain project cost records and QS documents.
• Support the preparation of cost reports and budget tracking.
• Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative duties.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
• Min. 3-6 months duration of internship. (Please indicate your internship start date & duration in your application)

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
