Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in IT / Computer Science / Business Management or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrates strong presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile) is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and clients, to gather and understand business needs and requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain user stories, use cases, and other requirement documentation.
- Work with developers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Prioritize and estimate requirements based on business value and feasibility.
- Assist with testing and quality assurance activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
- Contribute to the development of internal processes and documentation.
- Has basic knowledge in doing flowchart
