About the Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate Fashion Design Intern to join our Design & Product Development team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the fashion industry, from trend research and design development to sample coordination and product preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Design team in developing new fashion and apparel collections.
• Conduct research on fashion trends, colours, fabrics, prints and market trends.
• Assist in preparing mood boards, design concepts, sketches and presentation materials.
• Assist with fabric, colour, trim and material selection.
• Support sample development and coordinate with suppliers when required.
• Check samples for design details, colours, measurements and overall appearance.
• Assist in making design amendments based on feedback from the Designer or Management.
• Maintain proper records of design files, samples and materials.
• Assist with product photography, catalogues and other visual materials when required.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design, Fashion & Apparel, Textile Design or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of fashion design and garment construction.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop is an advantage.
• Creative with a strong interest in fashion and apparel.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
