Responsibility:

· Assist in planning, coordinating and executing company events, exhibitions, trade shows, seminars and others marketing activities.

· Assist during events to ensure activities run smoothly.

· Support the preparation of marketing materials, brochures, posters, presentations, etc

· Support the preparation of basic marketing content, captions, photos, and videos.

· Assist in updating company social media platforms and other digital marketing channels.

· Maintain proper filing and documentation of marketing and event-related records.

· Perform other administrative duties

· Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or HOD

Academic Qualification:

• Diploma / Degree student in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management or other relevant fields

Skills & Experience:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Canva, social media platforms, or basic design tools
• Willing to assist with events and perform occasional work outside normal office routines when required.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
