What You’ll Do
Welcome customers and assist with laundry enquiries
Receive and register customer orders accurately
Recommend suitable laundry services based on garment type and customer needs
Handle payments and update orders in our system
Manage customer pick-ups and order collections
Coordinate with our laundry factory for washing, ironing and special requests
Follow up on orders and keep customers updated when needed
Handle customer feedback and service requests professionally
Keep the outlet clean, neat and ready for customers
Work together with the team to make sure every customer has a smooth experience
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, proactive, and responsible team player
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn — training provided!
