• Create and test new Shopee test accounts using approved testing procedures.
• Test the complete new-user registration flow, including:
• Mobile/email registration
• OTP verification
• Account setup
• Login and logout
• Password/PIN-related flows
• Test the eKYC verification process, including:
• Identity verification flow
• Document capture/upload
• Selfie/face verification
• Verification status
• Successful and failed verification scenarios
• Retry and error-handling flows
• Test different valid and invalid test scenarios according to the QA test plan.
• Verify that error messages and validation rules work correctly.
• Test app behavior under different network conditions and devices.
• Record bugs with detailed reproduction steps, screenshots, screen recordings, device information, and expected vs. actual results.
• Perform regression testing after bugs are fixed.
• Verify that registration and eKYC data are handled according to the approved test environment and privacy requirements.
• Prepare daily/weekly testing reports and summarize testing results.

We are looking for a Mobile App Tester / QA Tester to test the Shopee app, focusing on new account registration, user onboarding, and eKYC (electronic Know Your Customer) verification.

The tester will create authorized test accounts and execute test scenarios to identify registration, identity verification, UI, functional, and usability issues.
