Wyndham Suites KLCC Hiring! Internship - Tourism Management (KL Based) in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 800 - Ricebowl

• To promote friendly and highest standard of customer service to all visitors.
• Greet and register all arriving guests.
• Manage walk-ins, online reservations, and birthday party bookings.
• Process manual payments, issue wristbands and socks and explain all playground rules and policies to guests.
• Respond to emergency situations effectively and report any collisions and accidents to Manager in a timely manner
• Assist and communicate to resolve customer complaints.
• Participate and assist in events.
• Other ad-hoc job as assigned by superior.
• Keep the check-point area clean and organized.
• Help coordinate videos for promotions or marketing.
• Manage the inventory of items and update any defects found.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate/ Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Hospitality/Travel / Tourism/ Event/ Entrepreneurship / Culinary Arts / F&B Management or ANY equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Wyndham Suites KLCC.
• Willing to work 6 days a week including on weekends, public holidays and overtime.
• Willingness to work on morning (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM) or afternoon (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) shifts.
• Required skill(s): Cashier, Customer Service
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Positive working attitude, hardworking and responsible.
• No experience required, on job training provided.
• Minimum commitment of 12 weeks internship.
