Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in any certification
  • Good Organization Skills
  • Responsible
  • Positive-minded
  • Able to use Microsoft Office: Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Willing to work at Wisma LYL, Petaling Jaya
  • Minimum 12 weeks of internship

Responsibilities

  • Support CSR team in receiving, registration and acknowledging all incoming application within timeline.
  • Ensure accurate data entry, tracking of applications for CSR projects.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing necessary paperwork, letters or report related to CSR activities. 
  • Facilitate effective communication with internal departments.
  • Assist in tracking the progress of approved CSR projects to ensure they are implemented according to timeline, scope, and budget.
  • Highlight any issues or delays for resolution.
