We are looking for part time HR to join us!

Commitment: 3 days per week, 4 hours per day (12 hours/week)

Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions
• Assist in recruitment process by pre-screening and onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, orientation and development and compensation and benefit
• Handle work pass applications, renewal and cancellation
• Manage employee's monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A annual Income Tax Assessment
• Handling work injury claims and all government paid leave claims
• Maintain accurate employee data in EPE HR system and manage leave portal
• Experience in construction industry will be advanced advantage

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations
• Proficient experience in MOM, CPF & IRAS
• Good organizational skill and meticulous.
• Familiar with EPE software
• Well verse in MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Well verse in written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
