We provide complete solutions on multi-media contact centre ranging from 24x7 Inbound and Outbound Services, experience-based Contact Centre System application as well as full scale Training and Consultation Service support.

About the Role
We are kicking off a new AI project and are looking for a part-time AI Developer to help build and prototype it. You will work alongside our IT consultants to turn the project into a working, AI-powered product.
Responsibilities
Develop AI-powered features: LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG / knowledge-base setup
Build and maintain backend APIs and data pipelines
Write clean, documented code with unit tests
Join weekly progress catch-ups with the project lead
Requirements
Currently studying or graduated in Computer Science / IT / Engineering
Solid Python; comfortable with REST APIs, Git, SQL
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI / Claude / DeepSeek) or AI frameworks — essential for this role
Able to work independently; good communication in English
Available 20 hours per week for 6 months
