Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and optimise existing business processes
Explore and apply AI tools, automation solutions and other technologies to improve operational efficiency
Assist with data collection, preparation and analysis to support decision-making and technology-related projects
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, AI applications and digital tools that may be useful to the organisation
Assist with testing, troubleshooting and implementation of new systems, tools and process improvements
Prepare documentation, user guides and process workflows for solutions developed during the internship
Contribute ideas and technical knowledge while gaining hands-on exposure to real-world IT, AI and business optimisation projects
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics or a related field
Strong interest in technology, AI, automation and process improvement
Comfortable learning and using new digital tools and technologies
Familiarity with at least one programming language is required. Basic knowledge of Python is preferred.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with different stakeholders
Self-motivated, curious and willing to explore new ways of improving existing processes
