Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and conduct accuracy checks on digital and ecommerce-related data
• Consolidate market performance data and feedback from regional teams
• Assist in preparing weekly reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Support maintenance of digital content calendars and campaign trackers
• Provide administrative support to the e-commerce and digital marketing teams

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, E-Commerce, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
• Must-have: Strong data entry and data analysis skills with advanced Excel proficiency (Excel test will be required during the selection process)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Good business sense and interpersonal skills
• Preferably with prior work experience in a multinational company (MNC) environment and understanding of professional workplace etiquette
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Additional Information:

• The role reports to a Korean Director who communicates in English and Korean only.
• Monday morning availability is mandatory. Maximun 60 hours working per month.
