· Assist in data entry works.

· Collect and follow up payments from customers.

· Provide solutions to resolve any issue brought up by customers.

· Handle customers’ requests, enquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

· Attend to incoming calls and identify the type of inquiries.

· Other duties and responsibilities as and when requested by the Company.
