INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY – QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)

TERAJU CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD is looking for students who are currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying (QS) to join our team for Industrial Training / Internship placement.

Location: Setia Alam, Selangor

Internship Allowance: RM600 – RM800 per month

Accommodation & Transportation (provided) sharing with other staff/intern.
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday - Saturday but Saturday is alternate (half day))

Internship Responsibilities:

• Assist in quantity take-off (QTO) and measurement of works.
• Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ) and tender documents.
• Support inventory and construction material management at the store.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing materials and maintain stock records.
• Assist in checking Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and supplier invoices.
• Prepare inventory and material usage reports.
• Coordinate with site personnel and suppliers regarding material requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Girl gender more preferred.
